The Human Resources Manager serves as a liaison between upper management (supervisors) and all employees of the MMFN or between MMFN employees. They oversee and manage the recruitment process, address employee concerns and strive to increase the overall management and efficiency of MMFN services. They maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
